****Great!!! This book was full of action and I loved it!! The setting takes place in a postapocalyptic town that was founded after WW III. You will love the main character, Hope, and her friends, Aaren and Brock. Can you imagine a world where none of our current technologies exist? No phones, computers, iPads, etc. The people of the town are all responsible for coming up with new inventions each year to try to get back to where they were before the war. What do you think of Hope and her friends sky jumping? Exciting? Would you be brave enough to volunteer to save the town like Hope did? I can't wait to hear what you think about this book!

ReplyDelete***so Awsoem.I love how the characters go sky jumping before school.i dont want to spoil your reding so im just going to say this.there is alot of fast paste stuff and conflicts that are really scary.I recomend that you read this story and you keep on reading sky jumpers.

ReplyDeleteI loved the book it was slow at first but just goes from 0 to 100 like that. It was full of action and adventure it also refers to a fiction sickness and a real common sickness. It also includes gunshots but meh not much. I would recommend this book any person out there unless, they don't know English.

ReplyDeleteI loved this book because in the beginning they were late and Aaren was bringing his little sister to class when the principle caught him so he went to detention I liked how he went flying off of the plane and they didn't have any electronics no phones no computers no ipads and they would always go sky diving when school was about to start and hope moved down there to another city and she is brave and a good inventer and so is aaren and people fought for the war in ww lll and if I was there I would be so made because they didn't evebn have electronics but it will be fun going sky diving with the people in the book and I would be happy to met the people

ReplyDeleteThis book was Amazing and it was so fun to read. I can't believe how daring she was to go through the Bomb's Breath, much less travel over 5 miles into a blizzard to a different town, possibly get hypothermia, risk her life and put it in danger for others, all while saving her own town! Talk about AMAZING!!!

ReplyDeleteI really liked the book sky jumpers because it is a very good book and i think you should read the book.My favorite part in the book was when they all go to this sky place and find something that looks similar to a rock... They hade no clue what it was until they opened it and found something special.Read this book to find out what they do with the gift.

ReplyDeleteI liked how instead of seeing the future having updated, computerized inventions, you see how we can loose everything. Hope is living in 2060's, where WW-III has already passed and pretty much restarted the world. When a group of bandits come to her town out in the middle of nowhere, they have to give medication to them when they only have a small amount. Fortunately, Hope thinks of a plan. I would recommend this book to everyone!
